Price if SAIC Maxus T60 is officially announced

Debut of full-size pickup SAIC Maxus T60 took place at the auto show in Guangzhou. Preliminary prices of the model were also announced – from 99800 to 199800 Yuan. Sales of diesel version will start in March next year, and cars with gasoline motor will hit the market a year later, in November 2017.

Customers will be able to choose among three options of the power plant: the petrol engines of 1.8 and 2.0 liters generating 133 hp, and 2.8-liter turbo diesel common-rail producing 150-hp and a maximum torque of 360 NM. Basic model will get rear-wheel drive system; the more expensive versions will be available with all-wheel drive. Pick-up will be released with both traditional and elongated body. Dimensions: length 5365 or 5680 mm, width and height are almost the same – 1900 and 1809 mm. Dimensions of cargo platform: length 1485 or 1800 mm, width 1510 mm, height 530 mm. Besides the length, these two models will differ in some exterior details: bumpers color, grille, fog lights shape, etc.

Inside of a car there is 10-inch touch screen of multimedia and navigation system controlled by Yunos, an operating system developed in cooperation with Alibaba. YunOS first appeared on the crossover Roewe RX5 (concern SAIC owns brands Roewe and MG).
