Roewe Company unveiled its new cross-coupe model

The Chinese company, belonging to SAIC concern, has presented the new coupe concept under Vision-E index. The debut of the novelty was hold at the Auto Show in Shanghai. According to Chinese mass-media, the Company intends to manufacture the production version based on Vision-E concept including the car’s design. The exterior view of the presented prototype is impressive. The front part looks aggressive due to the LED optics and a large radiator grille, supplied by 6 amber lights on each side. Two LED DRLs are located on the sides below.

The Vision-E salon is designed by a rectangular steering wheel with a large digital panel installed behind it instead of a classic instrument one. On the right the driver can find an entertainment system and a vertical monitor in a futuristic style. For the finishing there was used Nappa leather. In addition, the concept car was complemented by swing doors like in Rolls-Royce.

Under the hood of Roewe concept there is installed a pair of electric motors on both axles. There is no information about the output. All that is known is that the coupe car can get 100 km/h in 4 seconds. The driving distance is 500 km. It will be possible to charge the car in 15 minutes.
