The Chinese have shown a stunning novelty Roewe Vision-R

At the auto show in Guangzhou the Chinese brand Roewe, which is part of the SAIC Motor Company, has presented a very bright concept. The Roewe Vision-R model is developed by the best specialists of the SAIC concern. The novelty’s length is 4670 mm; width – 1991 mm, and height – 1337 mm with the 2800 mm wheelbase. As for the example, the BMW 4-Series Gran Coupe has similar dimensions.

The new concept has got a very bold design, resembling the silhouettes of Audi and Volkswagen prototypes. The new Vision-R has four doors and full four sits. The model can also boast of its interior. The car’s salon is presented by an impressive steering wheel and a full touch-sensitive center console and a dashboard with a large screen.

The Roewe concept is equipped by two electric motors (one for each axle). A total characteristic is not disclosed, but it is known that the new product is able to move 540km at one charge. The car needs 4.3 seconds to reach the 100 km/h. It’s rumored that the Vision-R production version will be supplied by a chassis from Buick LaCrosse and probably a simple engine. This concept is positioned as a potential competitor of Tesla Model S.
