  2. Currently here in Mexico, SAIC-GM sells the new Chevrolet Sail, the Cavalier and the new Captiva, replacing the old korean and American's cheap chevy's like the Sonic, Spark, Trax and Equinox replacing them with chinese-made imports.

  5. That Question about Siphoning is so Dodgy,
    What reason would someone have to siphon their own fuel these days to the point you wanna do it so often.
    Specially if you can afford 2 newer cars, but cant afford a small fuel can to use for lawn mower fuel.

    Sounds more like someone who wants to steal fuel with current prices asking how to bypass the anti fuel theft device.

  7. I can see the day when you'll be able to buy a Made-In-China Electric Vehicle at Costco. They'll have them parked over by the pool tables.

  9. I have a Chinese Lynk & Co 01 Phev SUVfor the past 2 months and it's top quality. Way better than I expected. China is going to kill most of the competition!

  11. Scotty, my daughter in law has a 2003 Toyota Camry. The problem we're having is when she locks the doors with the automatic lock switch on the door, it locks, but then immediately unlocks every time, so we have to lock the doors manually, and even then, the drivers side sometimes unlocks right away again. What can it be? Can you please help? Thank you!

  13. In the town I live in one can get a waiver from the city hall to drive a golf cart or those 4×4 trail cars. like the Kawasaki mule. On the street you just need to put the orange triangle on the back. One sees a lot of elderly people taking a golf cart to get groceries.

  18. It’s actually the exact opposite, there is very little market for a small electric car that goes less than 50 miles in America, but long range larger we’ll equipped vehicles have a huge market. This guy has no clue when it comes to the future.

  19. 7:55 lol, I'm like this but with my tires! I like loud tires, like mud terrain tires! Oddly, the reason I like them is that most traffic lights have a sound sensor that detects semi-trucks and having those super loud mud terrain tires tricks those sensors saying, "hey, hold the light, there's a semi-truck coming!" and it allows me to pass the traffic light with ease! Yes, I know it works due too a few lights in my town are timed based lights(which are easily time-able if you use a stopwatch) and when large semi-trucks are coming down the road the light takes another 5-10 seconds longer to allow the semi-truck to pass and one light in particular you can see from a very long ways away and it's on a 10 second toggle timer and when I come down that way(with my mud terrain tires) it holds the light for roughly 17 secs, again allowing me to pass the light so….

    @ 50 y/o he really has no excuse for not learning how to drive a stick shift. I'm 52 and learned to drive stick shifts @ 13 and still own stick shift vehicles.

  23. some chinese EV makers have engineered cars that are advanced technology, can be built on a semi robot line and will be built in a USA site. the cars I saw looked great, supposed to have great reliability and will be priced below most other EVs. will be a very big 'game changer'.

  26. Looks cool because it's $5000 but I'm still avoiding it like the plague. Just remember cars used to cost like $500 at 1 point. Or more affordable in another point.

  31. Hey Scotty, I was behind a ~2010 Chevy Impala this morning at 09:00 and EVERY TIME the driver would hit the brakes, ALL the lights in the rear would go out. When stopped at a red light, all the lights were out in the back. Then, when they would take their foot off the brake and accelerate, all the lights in the rear would come on, the tail lights, the brake lights, the Center High Mounted Brake Light, everything. It was an opposites car.
